Welcome to Polypick. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Polypick is

Polypick is an AI-powered analysis tool for prediction markets like Polymarket, Kalshi, and PredictIt. We surface signals, edges, and reasoning to help you make better-informed bets. We do not place bets, hold funds, or execute trades on your behalf. All bets you place are between you and the underlying market — your wallet stays yours.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Polypick. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account.

3. Subscription & billing

The first month is $1. After that, $39/month, billed automatically until cancelled.
Billing is handled by our payment processor (Whop). Your card details are stored with the processor, not with Polypick.
You can cancel any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Not financial advice

Everything Polypick outputs — picks, verdicts, "edges", confidence scores, copy-trade signals, coach replies — is informational. It is not financial, investment, betting, or legal advice. Markets are uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any bets you place and any losses you incur.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish our content or APIs in bulk.
Use Polypick from a jurisdiction where prediction markets or sports betting are unlawful.
Abuse the service (spam analysis requests, attempt to bypass paywalls, share account access).
Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data & AI

When you upload a screenshot for analysis, the image is sent to our LLM provider (Azure OpenAI; OpenRouter as fallback) to identify the market and generate a verdict. The image isn't stored after the analysis completes. We use the public Polymarket Gamma and Data APIs for live odds and on-chain signals. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service availability

We try to keep Polypick running 24/7 but we can't promise 100% uptime. Third-party APIs (Polymarket, our LLM providers, our payment processor) can go down or change. We'll do our best to recover quickly. Subscription time isn't extended for normal outages.

8. Intellectual property

The Polypick name, brand, software, and content are owned by us. Your account-level outputs (your saved picks, paper-trade history, strategy plans) are yours; you grant us a license to host and display them as part of running the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polypick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost bets, lost profits, or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new Terms.
